About the DCI Founder…

Ralph Dommes is the President and Founder of Dommes Consulting, Inc. (DCI), a veteran-owned and operated consulting firm established in 2008 to provide specialized support for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) initiatives in Annapolis, Maryland. ​
A retired U.S. Naval Officer, Mr. Dommes brings over 25 years of experience in service to Navy Echelon II Budget Submitting Offices (BSOs), both in uniform and as a defense contractor. ​
His extensive career includes assignments in Program Offices across a range of Major Defense Acquisition Programs, where he delivered critical expertise in program management, systems integration, and ERP implementation to advance mission readiness and financial accountability.​
